Are your products made to order?
Yes. All Buzzworthy items are made to order. This allows us to maintain quality while supporting our mission-driven business model.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to produce before shipping. Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination after the order has been completed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on order total:
$5 for orders up to $25
$8 for orders up to $50
$10 for orders up to $75
$12 for orders up to $100
Free shipping on orders over $100
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the United States.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
